How many students are in each class?
Depending on the type of class we can have anywhere from 5 to 20 students in each class. We pride ourselves on holding small classes which means you're not lost in a crowd. It's like having a front row seat in a concert - you get more attention, can ask questions, and it's easier to make friends. It's like being part of a tight knit group where everyone knows each other, making learning more personal and engaging.
What do I need to bring?
You'd like to be able to move comfortably so if that means wearing workout clothes or your work attire, it's up to you. Wear whatever allows you the freedom of movement. Bring shoes that don't grip the floor too much, you want to be able to move and spin easily (you can also invest in a pair of dance shoes.) Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Do I need previous experience or a partner to come to class?
You do not need any previous experience. Come with a willingness to try something new and to have fun. You do not need to come with a partner. We rotate amongst each other in the class.
